Pediatric - Endocrinology Physician

The Department of Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) seeks to recruit an accomplished leader to serve as Director of the Ian Burr Division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes division. The successful candidate will be committed to the Department s mission to improve the lives of children through excellence in clinical care, research, and education, and will articulate a compelling strategy for advancing all three missions across a vibrant, multi-site enterprise. Responsibilities include representing, leading, and advocating for the division s faculty and staff; strategic planning and operational oversight of inpatient and extensive outpatient initiatives; managing both the academic and business aspects of the division; and collaborating with peer leaders to implement, evaluate, and continuously improve the division s clinical, educational, and research programs.
