Job Description
Duration: August- December w/ option for extension
Locations/schedule: Pleasanton/Livermore, CA
Reason for coverage: Indefinite medical leave
Schedule: 3-5 days per week.
Shift: Monday Friday, 8a-5p
Call: NO
Clinic Patient volume: 15-20
Clinic Scope: general outpatient pediatric, well and sick visits
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: 361 beds
Group/support: full subspecialty support
Requirements (boards, license): COVID vaccine and boosters, California license at time of application, Board certified or board eligible if recently trained, client will consider minor background or malpractice
