Job Description
Position Overview:
- Specialty: Pediatrics.
- Location: Eureka, CA
- Position Type: 1099/ Locum Tenens
- Duration: May 4th, 2026 Ongoing
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Coverage Type: No call
- Schedule: Fixed clinical hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- EMR: Epic
- PPD: 18 patients per day.
- Must have prior FQHC experience
- Must have prior experience and be comfortable treating children with BH (anxiety) issues
- Must have experience with Pediatric Chronic Care Management
- Active DEA needed before the start
- Credentialing takes 30-60 days
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified Required
- Active CA license or IMLC
