- Team consists of 10 physicians and 6 APP's - including 2 Pediatricians and 1 Internal Medicine Physician
- Embedded services such as Anticoagulation Clinic, Complex Care, Diabetic Educator, Nurse Visit Clinic, and Behavioral Health Services to assist in management of patients for best patient care outcomes
- Large clinic space - with 2-3 dedicated exam rooms per provider
