Licenses/Certifications:Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS)

Education:Must have a High School diploma/GED or higher education

Experience:Must have personally experienced mental illness or substance use disorder - prior experience working in a mental health setting is a plus

The Peer Specialist works as a member of a team of professionals who provide treatment and services to people who utilize the crisis receiving center to access mental health and co-occurring substance abuse services.
