Job Description

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Fraud Technology Pega Smart Disputes Platform in Bogota ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Assist the lead and/or to develop and to provide high quality deliverables during all the phases of the project, from the participation in requirement gathering, design and implementation to post release support.
