About the role

This internal role sits within our People & Culture team, the heart of our firm. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people and leaders, driving initiatives that create an exceptional employee experience and progress our P&C strategy. This is a full time permanent role.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Supporting and delivering cyclical P&C programmes such as performance cycles, graduate and intern initiatives, and wellbeing/engagement surveys.
