Job Description

We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the migration and management of employee data from manual or legacy systems to a digital Document Management System, oversee administration and compliance of the Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plan, and support P&C leadership with projects, reporting, and rotational responsibilities within the Rewards function.

Key accountabilities
Lead the digitalization of employee records, ensuring accurate migration, standardized file structures, SOPs, and retention schedules.

Manage end-to-end operations of the Defined Contribution (DC) plan, including coordination with administrators, plan reviews, performance evaluation, and fee benchmarking.

Administer employee DC plan transactions such as enrollments, contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and reconciliation of payroll and employer contributions.
