Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and contractor payments for North America
• Develop onboarding and offboarding processes across the organization
• Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws
• Assist in managing ATS and recruiting operations
• Create HR policies and procedures to support growth
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in HR or Talent Operations experience
