About the role
Working within a team of People Business Partners, reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, working closely with them to translate business strategy into people outcomes that deliver real impact. This role has become available as our much loved 'boomeranger' Wendy heads back home to Bonnie Scotland after another brilliant 3.5 year stint with us, leaving behind strong relationships and a great foundation for you to build on.
You’ll operate across both strategic and operational spaces within our Customer Service Delivery team, providing expert guidance on everything from workforce planning and organisational design through to employment relations and change management. You’ll partner with a large, complex portfolio, coaching leaders to build capability, confidence and high performing teams, while supporting key programmes and initiatives that shape the future of NZ Post.
