Fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to deliver anend-to-endHR service for a growing business based in South Gloucestershire.

Working in a friendly and fabulous team the successful candidate will provide a professional and effective service partnering the business leaders, delivering a high-quality employee and Manager experience and building credible relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives on Learning & Development and upskilling of Senior Managers
• Develop& implementany new policies and ensure employee handbook is maintained to reflect changes in process
• Support management with absence management issues and welfare support
• Support management with performance management and capability processes
• Lead on recruitment initiatives and succession planning
• Collate evidence for monthly board reports upon request
• Management of HR projects as and when required
