About the role
With the option to be based at either one of our two stunning New Zealand locations, Queenstown or Rotorua, this role sits within our global People & Capability team. Reporting to the Group Manager - P&C Operations, as a trusted advisor to our operational people leaders and teams, you will provide the full spectrum of generalist P&C support by delivering quality, effective and fit for purpose people services across the full employee lifecycle. With a partnership approach, this role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with people leaders across all levels at our operational sites to drive people and capability initiatives aligned with the wider business goals. Co-ordinating, developing, and contributing to people-related projects and initiatives that support the overall group employee experience will also form part of the role.
