We’re looking for a P&C Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships, solving business challenges and making a genuine impact. This newly created role offers plenty of variety and opportunity to partner closely with the business and drive organisational change.

You’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders across the Supply Chain portfolio, providing practical, trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning and talent development through to performance, employment relations and organisational change. No two days will be the same, and you will help leaders build engaged, high‑performing teams.
