About the Role
As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will play an important role in attracting and supporting the people who keep our operations running at our Pioneer Mill.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, writing engaging job ads, sourcing and engaging talent, partnering with hiring managers, and coordinating a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
You will also provide on-site HR support, including timecard management in Kronos, assisting with workforce relations matters, responding to employee and leader queries, and helping maintain clear communication across the sites.
