- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
- Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with FAENA's culture.
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRDF) to ensure timely registration, updates, and compliance.
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) tracking and ensure all data is accurately reflected in government systems.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, addenda, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records for all team members.
