People & Culture Leader – HR & Talent Development

A leading hotel chain in Selangor is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee Talent & Culture policies and recruitment procedures. You'll ensure compliance with hotel regulations and manage the Performance Appraisal Program. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR Management experience, a degree in HR or Hotel Management, and excellent English communication skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
