This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment between people’s initiatives and business priorities while delivering operational excellence across HR functions. Following the acquisition of Vision Tools by Atlas Copco, this role plays a key part in driving cultural integration and supporting communication to help bringing the organizations together in a shared and collaborative way.
