People & Culture Partner: ER, Recruitment & Growth

Qube in Tauranga is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to partner with operational leaders across New Zealand. You will deliver practical HR advice and support, being visible on site to build relationships and provide high-quality assistance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of NZ employment law. This role includes managing recruitment processes and providing insights on employee relations.
