People & Culture Senior Advisor (Trucks)

RDO Equipment is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor, based in Brisbane, to support our Inland Truck Centre and Twin City Truck Centre businesses. This role will require travel to support leaders and teams on the ground.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of growth and integration, as we bring multiple branches together, strengthen leadership capability, and embed consistent, high‑quality people practices across our Truck division.
