People Operations Partner — Global HR & Workday Lead

BlackBerry Inc. is looking for a People Operations Partner to manage the employee lifecycle in Spain and the Benelux region. The role includes onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, primarily utilizing Workday for HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, particularly in shared services and understand how HR data affects payroll and benefits. Proficiency in English and French or Flemish is also required.
