LJ Global Horizon is looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist in Georgetown, Penang. In this full-time position, you will support HR processes and ensure accuracy in data administration. Responsibilities include managing employee data confidentiality, handling HR-related cases, and providing support via live chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or HR support and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
