Job Description
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for all priority roles, including active headhunting, sourcing, and pipeline building, not just inbound application management.
- Own and optimise the ATS (Breezy) to ensure structured, consistent, and accountable hiring processes across the business.
- Design and refine competency‑based screening, including role‑specific scorecards and structured interview panels.
- Manage hiring timelines proactively, escalating delays and bottlenecks before they impact the business.
- Coordinate with ExCo and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate non‑negotiables, and remuneration expectations upfront.
- Conduct reference checks, background verification (Dots Africa), and candidate due diligence with rigour.
