Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of transactional and specialist HR services to the Vietnam market. The People Services Intern will gain exposure to core HR operations, working closely with the People Services team to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and employee support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review employee profile documentation and support uploading to the HR platform.
Provide administrative support related to employee documentation requests; maintain and organize records on internal systems.
Support benefits administration tasks such as SHUI, group insurance, and other employee programs.
