Job Description
Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 19 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600 members using our spaces daily.
We are looking for a People Specialist in Lahore who own the people-operations engine and the integrity of employee data. Run compensation & benefits computation and core HR processes with accuracy and strong process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Compute payroll, monthly and quarterly incentives, and loans/advances each cycle.
• Administer the provident fund, enrolments, contribution calculation, records, and withdrawals/settlements.
• Maintain clean, accurate cycle inputs (attendance, NMS, overtime, leave).
• Own employee records centrally in the ERP as the source of truth for headcount.
• Manage leave; ensure accuracy of NMS attendance and overtime inputs in the ERP.
