We are looking for a warm, calm and capable qualified kaiako to join our beautiful pēpi room at Small Sprouts Early Learning.

Small Sprouts is a small, privately owned early learning centre in Stanmore Bay. Our pēpi room is licensed for a maximum of 10 children, with strong ratios, a supportive team and a nurturing environment where relationships, care routines and respectful practice sit at the heart of everything we do.

We are inspired by RIE, Pikler, and Te Whāriki, and we are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and toddlers. You will be part of a collaborative, hardworking and heart‑led team who value calm care, initiative, professionalism and strong relationships with tamariki, whānau and each other.
