Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Onalaska, Wisconsin

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role seeks a qualified pharmacist to fulfill per diem shifts at a retail pharmacy location in Onalaska, WI. The pharmacist will provide professional pharmaceutical services aligning with standard retail pharmacy protocols.

Schedule:

• May 1 and May 29: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM


• May 4, 11, 18, 22: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM


• May 16, 17: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM


• May 25: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license


• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience

Responsibilities:
