Performance and Project Management Expert — FAL Line A

You have experience in project management, operations management, performance management or continuous improvement, you have worked close to Operations and want to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Performance and Project Management Expert to join our team, based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work together with the A-line team of the A220 Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Mirabel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic partner for the Autonomous Production Team (EAP3) regarding Schedule, Cost, Quality, HSE, People and the performance of projects and the FAL Line A (Business Unit).
• Support the Head of Operations in decision-making: provide required analyses for decisions, lead critical actions for the area, and any other required elements.
• Lead the Business Unit's communication activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
