Profile: Performance Marketer-Entertainment-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience:  2-4 years in handling paid campaigns and lead generation

Salary Range: 30k - 35k

Roles:

• Plan & execute paid campaigns (Google, Meta) for lead generation
• Drive qualified leads for EPC, electrical & industrial projects
• Manage CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics
• Create & optimize landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives
• Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
• Run A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in performance / digital marketing
• Experience in B2B, industrial, EPC, or engineering sector preferred
