Performance Marketing Manager – D2C E-commerce Brand
We are looking for a performance marketing manager to manage and scale paid advertising for a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand. The role is ideal for someone who understands Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative testing, landing pages, CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and repeat purchase behaviour.
The person should be highly numbers-driven but also creative enough to understand why certain ads, hooks, offers, and landing pages convert.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Manage and scale paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram
Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube
Retargeting campaigns
Influencer whitelisting ads
Landing page and offer-specific campaigns
Daily monitoring of spend, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and contribution margin.
