Performance marketing lead ( google ads focus)

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (Onsite)

About Role : We're looking for a performance marketer who has built, scaled, and optimized revenue-driving Google Ads campaigns for Indian D2 C brands.

If Google Ads is where you spend most of your time, and you've successfully managed meaningful budgets while driving profitable growth, we'd like to talk.

What Matters Most :

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Proven experience scaling Indian D2 C brands through paid acquisition. Experience managing monthly media spends of ₹50 Lakhs+. Deep understanding of ecommerce growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rate, and contribution profitability. Ability to independently execute, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns.

Meta Ads Experience :
