Key Responsibilities:
● End-to-end performance marketing strategy & execution
● Scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
● Drive lead generation, CAC, and ROI
● Optimize budgets, funnels, and conversions
● Run A/B tests and experiments
● Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams
● Build and optimize landing pages & user journeys
● Use AI tools for ad creatives, copy, testing, and campaign optimization at scale
