About the position
Kōv Essentials is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing, with clear accountability to revenue, efficiency, and retention. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing our growth engine across paid media and email, ensuring campaigns are launched with discipline, measured rigorously, and improved continuously.
You’ll translate creative and brand strategy into high-performing campaigns, manage in-account execution across Meta and Klaviyo, and drive measurable improvements to CAC, conversion, and LTV.
