Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid channels to support business growth objectives.
This role independently manages day to day campaign operations, analyzes performance data, identifies optimization opportunities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads (Shopee/Tokopedia GMV Max), and CPAS campaigns.
Support campaign setup, budget allocation, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing under manager supervision.
