Performance Monitoring Specialist – Transaction Banking

Responsible for aligning Transaction Banking (TB) strategy in measuring sales performance achievement, while driving improvements in reporting results and process efficiency through data analysis and development of supporting tools. The role also involves conducting market research to assess the bank’s position within the industry and identifying macroeconomic conditions that may directly or indirectly impact TB performance.
