Full-time. Employment Status: Full-Time. Location: NW9 Colindale office 2 times a week. Also attend 2 weekend events per year.

• Strong systems mindset – you enjoy working with tools, platforms, and improving how things run. Tools include: GitHub, Contentful, DevSite, Wiki environments, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and improving imperfect or manual workflows
• Understanding of how learning drives behaviour change and performance (not just completion metrics)
• Able to design and improve processes that scale
