Performance & Rewards Strategy Lead

Hartalega in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a Performance & Rewards executive who will play a critical role in managing performance and rewards systems to enhance employee motivation and retention. Responsibilities include administering performance cycles, coordinating promotions and salary adjustments, and supporting the design of rewards strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in P&R or related HR functions.
