Performance Test Lead

Lead experience is must of at least 3 years 8+ years of performance testing experience Experience in Performance testing scripting using common protocols like HTTP, Webservices/API, Tru-client and Citrix Experience with Performance test executions, reporting, and results analysis Strong in collaborating with Project and technology delivery teams in understanding the non-functional requirements and application performance SLAs Experience with performance test monitoring Experience with analyzing batch performance Experience in working with offshore teams, and accountable for delivery of work from offshore Performance testers Be open to support testing at off peak and weekend hours Experience in mentoring junior team members and drive issues related to Performance test tooling or infrastructure
