(Perm & Interim) In-house Litigation Lawyers – Edinburgh

Our client, a government legal organisation is recruiting for two fixed-term in-house litigation roles within its tax disputes team, based in Edinburgh with hybrid working opportunities.

The contracts are expected to last approximately 6 and 12 months respectively, with potential extensions up to 23 months. The work focuses on litigation in the Scottish courts and tribunals, alongside advisory work on related legal matters.

Candidates with 2+ years’ PQE and strong litigation experience are preferred, although newly qualified solicitors with relevant litigation backgrounds will also be considered. Applicants should demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex matters.
