UWC Red Cross Nordic seeks a dedicated and visionary Experiential Learning Leader to join our Educational Leadership Team, to a full time, permanent position, starting August 1st 2026.
This role is central to advancing the College’s mission to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future and to embed the RCN Competency Framework across all experiential and residential learning.
The Experiential Learning Leader works closely with the Deputy Rektor, Director of Extra-Curricular Activities, Director of External Relations, UWC Connect, and educational staff, ensuring that our programmes inspire peacebuilding, ...
