Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes for all machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Execute maintenance schedules and ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded through job cards and maintenance records
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, PLC, servo, and robotic system faults to minimise downtime
• Perform electro mechanical maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and commissioning of plant equipment and machinery
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure repairs are completed efficiently to maintain production continuity
• Train and support operators and employees on machine operation, settings, safety requirements, and best practices to maintain quality and productivity
