Permits, Licenses, & Approvals Manager - Downtown Toronto
We are in the hunt for a Permit Manager who will report directly to the Project Director and will have an in‑depth knowledge of the permits, licenses, agreements and approvals required for LRT construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the design and construction application approval process, issuance of permits, plans submittals, plan processing, and fee assessment and payment processing
- Ensure timely processing of plans, permits, licenses, agreements and applications; manage and coordinate routing and tracking of plans to various departments and outside agencies for required reviews and clearances
