About the Direct Payment Holder

We are parents to our 35 year old son, who has autism and learning difficulties. N likes being active outdoors and participating in sporting activities. N need assistance in ensuring he is dressed accordingly or the weather and support with safety around the home environment.

Hours and rate of pay: 20 - 25 hours per week, evenings & weekends, there is also some flexibility needed. Rate of pay is £14.00 per hour.

Location: South of Cambridge. DBS/Checks : Confirmation of DBS check. Right to Work and references will be needed.

What you would be doing…

• Support with keep N engaged at home with activities including video games, language promotion and simple functional daily living activities
• Support with accessing outside activities and accompanying him to sports, bowling, cinema and the leisure centre.
