Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Studio Director in day-to-day operations of our growing dance studio collective as well as to assist the Director with general administrative and personal tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working with both people and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and personal support to the Director
• Assist with studio operations and daily logistics
• Help coordinate events, recitals, and dance competitions
• Support marketing tasks with the Marketing Team (social media, newsletters, content capture, etc)
• Responsible for keeping three Studio locations fully stocked and organized
