Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Translate documents related to company administration, such as rules and regulations, contracts, etc.

2. Provide meeting translation (English/Chinese/Indonesian), as well as written and oral translation.

3. Translate project-related materials (English/Chinese/Indonesian), as well as written translation and document organization.

4. Assist administrative staff in handling company administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangements and daily expense reimbursements.

5. Organize and archive translated materials.


Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in administrative assistant or translation work is preferred.

2. Proficient in English and Chinese, with experience in meeting translation preferred.

3. Candidates with English/Chinese or secretarial backgrounds are preferred.

4. Proficient in office software and possess excellent PPT creation skills.
