Personal Assistant to General Manager (Operation Support)

Assist the General Manager in daily operational matters, especially related to estate and field operations.

Support the GM in coordinating and following up on project implementation.

Conduct site visits, collect data, and prepare operational reports.

Liaise with estate managers, contractors, and field teams.

Monitor progress of assigned operational tasks or projects.

Assist with documentation and compliance related to operational activities.

Any other operational support duties as assigned by the GM or Management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or any related field.
• Good knowledge of plantation or field operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
