About the facility: Elder Catherine Charles Long-term Care Home is responsible for the provision of quality care to clients by providing personal care and respite assistance to clients based on their assessed needs. This is a 24 – hour, days’ facility that provides level 1, 2 and 3 care to residents admitted into the facility. The main goals are to provide direct care and monitor residents’ health conditions.
