The Role
The team handles a varied range of high value matters including motor, employers' liability, public liability and product liability. The claims you will be working on will involve highly complex injuries such as brain, spinal, amputation, chronic pain as well as fatality claims.
You will work with autonomy on your own caseload of catastrophic injury claims, delegating to junior lawyers and assisting partners with cases of the highest value and complexity.
