Schedule: On-site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in their Cedar Rapids office. This role will be primarily focused on Personal Lines, with some Commercial Lines support as well. This is a great opportunity for someone with personal lines experience, a strong customer-focused attitude, and a growth mindset to be part of a well-established and respected independent insurance agency.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining high account retention by providing excellent customer service across a primarily Personal Lines book of business, with select Commercial Lines accounts.
