The Personal Lines Producer is responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business by developing customer relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and creating a business plan for growth. The Personal Lines Producer will workclosely with clients, coordinating internal resources, preparing proposals, and staying current on industry trends, all while ensuring high levelsof customer service and motivating team members to meet agency goals.
