General Job Description

Under close guidance performs following tasks:

• Maintenance planning, stock control.
• Creation and update Excel spreadsheets for different trackings (equipment reviews, tires, maintenance costs).
• Use and update of area systems.
• Enter maintenance orders and purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Interact with other teams, including the operations area.
• Relationship with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchase inputs/parts used in the workshop and equipment.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in office routine or administrative area.
